..."I orginally booked a room for 3 nights and ended up staying 18 days, those actions that back my claim it is very good value For $22 per night , it was a very pleasant budget based stay. The free breakfast is good and the staff are very willing to help in any matter which a traveler may need assistance. The rooms are small but I didn't spend alot of time laying in bed watching TV. The location is just far enough down the street to avoid most of the noise of the "entertainment" and close enough to everything to provide easy access. I would definitely stay there again and would have no reservations recomending it to value oriented travelers."

"We stayed at this hotel in June last year. We had the VIP room which was huge! Lovely room but very noisy unfortunately (welcome to Vietnam!). Clean room with plenty of space, good bathroom and two double beds. In a good location in the backpacking district and we were able to walk to most places from here. I would avoid breakfast at all costs (it was very dodgy!) and go to Sozo over the road (a community project that sells great food, try it!). I dont know what the other rooms are like but I would recommend staying in the VIP room ($55 per night was worth the little luxury). A decent hotel ina good location"

"I thought this was a terrific place to stay personally. The rooms were well appointed, free WIFI, breakfast was good, I couldn't fault it. In my opinion, it offers very good value for money. It's modern, clean, has a good travel desk, in a good location in terms of proximity to eateries, bars, laundromats etc - for the average backpacker/budget traveller it will MORE than satisfy your needs. If you're coming expecting the Hilton, well, go to the Hilton!"

"Booked for two nights at 30 usd each for two people with breakfast. The room (201) is in the back, can fit for three people (1 double bed plus 1 single). The room was clean, toiletteries, tv with internatinal channel (axn, starworld, ngc, tnt among others). there was someone next buidling renovating, so it was quite noisy until 8 p.m. but after that, noiseless, so try your best to get 201/301/401 room. It's standard room, so it's one of the cheapest in the ac category. The non-ac with fan starts at 10 usd/night. The breakfast you can choose either having sandwich (egg/sausage/jam/vegetarian), or noodles. The noodle is very, very yummy. The hotel also has a tour desk, tnk travel, they are affordable, and taking the middle-road (not too expensive, but not the cheapest). if you go for the cheap tour, go to sinh cafe, but i found facilities offered and guides from TNK were better than Sinh Cafe."

"The hotel is located towards the end of street near a wet market. It is convenient to restaurants, shops and buses.. The room we stayed was a superior room. The mattresses were firm and comfortable. The TV is mounted high up on the wall so you need to lie down on the bed to watch comfortably. Ample tea & creamer were provided daily. Drinking hot & cold water is available on every floor next to the lift. The hotel is modern and has good deco. However the bathroom is quite small and the breakfast is served at the basement which you share with bikes and a MPV. Most of the staffs were pleasant and helpful except for the one at the reception who has a bit of a temper."
