..."Stayed there 11 to 13th April. Hotel lived up to it's reviews. It's clean, has comfortable rooms and has a good breakfast. As expected, it was a bit noisy and the lift was tiny. Location is pretty good, able to walk to Ben Thah market in 10mins. Staff were fantastic. They helped us to cross the road (multiple times during our stay there) and call for taxis. They were also very friendly and willing to go the extra mile (supplied us with tape for our boxes, information on restaurants, etc), all done with a smile. I would say their service is >5star indeed."

“We stayed here over New Years 08/09, at the start of our visit to Vietnam and had a great time. The hotel is a very good tourist standard hotel, with all amenities including satellite TV and air conditioning, though it is the friendly and helpful staff that really make this place. They also put on a fun New years party in the lobby with lively music and loads of free sparkly (not to mention the great dance moves of the doorman!!!) We also stayed for a night at the end of our trip to Vietnam and were greeted with a big smile and an upgraded room. Highly recommended.”
