“One of the best I have been to, it's not flashy or opulent it's a good business hotel in Saigon 1, everyday you get fresh fruit in your room when you start to wind down from traveling around and the location means if you have a bit of time off you can take a walk around to the museums or in the town. Food in the hotel was ok, beer pretty cheap and great view. Overall really good bang for your buck and would go there again.”

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Norfolk Hotel. We stayed there twice in November, 2007, once for three nights at the beginning of our two week visit to Vietnam and Cambodia and then for two nights at the end of our trip. It was a very comfortable stay. We found the restaurant to be quite good. Breakfast included both Vietnamese and Western selections. We had dinner there once and found it to be delicious. It’s not inexpensive, but it was a good choice for someone making their first trip to Vietnam. You couldn’t beat the location if you want to be close to the major tourist sites. We did a lot of walking around and always felt safe. Getting around HCMC was quite easy using cabs. We tried to book this hotel through a service to get a lower rate, without success, and eventually booked direct with the hotel. The high point of the Norfolk Hotel was the very friendly, superior service throughout the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.”
