... “A class above everything else in saigon. stayed in park hyatt for 5 nights and everything was just exceptional. ate at duxton hotel restaurant and sheraton and noticed that the staff in the other places were not as diligent, courteous, or helpful as park hyatt. worth paying the extra to stay here. booked on expedia USD230 inclusive per night.”

“We cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel and its outstanding staff. Every single person from the doorman to the front desk to the concierges to Frederick, the Director of Rooms, was helpful, gracious and charming. The rooms and bath are spacious and immaculate. Fresh fruit is delivered every day. They are very generous with bottled water, which is an necessity in VietNam and the pool is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended. Our trip included stays at Raffles Grand Angkor in Siem Reap, Cambodia and the famous Sofitel Metropole in Hanoi. The Park Hyatt easily topped the Metropole for service as was equal to the gracious Raffles.”

“I couldn't find anything to fault in this fine hotel except for the cost. At $290 a night, it is the most expensive in Saigon. For half that, there are still plenty of good places to stay. $20 for breakfast was a lot considering ANY restaurant in town is less than half that. Wireless was expensive also. But for this level of pricing, the service, cleanliness and quality was excellent. I would stay here again on business but probably not if it were my own nickel.”

“The Park Hyatt was a calm oasis in the middle of a hectic city. The rooms were very well appointed, the service was very good and the western food excellent (especially the brunch). I wish they had more local fare than what was available. The gym and the spa were fantastic.”

“Having stayed in a couple of other hotels in Saigon this was in a league of it's own. We were fortunate enough to take a one bedroom suite and boy oh boy was that luxury. We needed a balcony and were indeed quite demanding guests. we dealt with Cam Anh (the assistant manager) and she was just fantastic. She ensured every detail was attended to. We had suite 325 which was on the pool level and the suite had a balcony that opened up straight onto the pool. We were staying in Vietnam with others and our arrival was an organised suprise on some expats. Well we needed concierge to get involved and be part of the sting which included riding motorbikes with our friends on the back up to the front doors etc etc. Having stayed 5 star all around the world, most hotels would get stuffy about doing this sort of thing....Well full marks Park Hyatt your staff and service are the best. As for the rooms, furnishings, food and all amenities..... it was pure class. If we go back to Saigon there is only ONE place to stay.”
