... “The hotel's location is excellent, right by the river, close to the Dong Khoi "touristy" area. The staff are extraordinarilly helpful and corteous and the amenities are flawless (the rooms pristine and comfortable, the business center well equiped, breakfast and room service very good). We stayed there for 2 nights on our honeymoon and have no complaints whatsoever. The pool on the roof offers beautiful views of the city, although it is somewhat small (only minor flaw we encountered).”

“My girlfriend and I stayed here on a recent trip to Vietnam. I thought it was great. Great location, close to lots of attractions, great restaurants, etc...Breakfast was great as were the options for happy hour. The hotel was very clean and I thought the service was great. It also has a pretty good gym on the top floor. It was pretty expensive for Vietnam but if you want to live in comfort, I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“We stayed at the Renaissance at the beginning and at the end of our trip to Vietnam in July. We also stayed here in 2007. I think this is one of the world's great hotels. The staff cannot do enough for you. They are simply outstanding. Upgrade to the executive floors at the top if you can. Well worth the $50 upgrade. I have stayed at a lot of hotels for business throughout Asia and this hotel is up there with the best”
