... “I really like the Sheraton Saigon, staid here many times. The lounge (for Platinum members) is huge and nice, the finger food served really good, the service attentive (WiFi free). The suite I normally get is very tasteful, modern, fresh and huge (2nd toilet). What could be a complaint is that internet in the room is at charge and that the TV sets are old boxy style units (but I anyway don't watch TV there). The hotel offers the best shops of Saigon... Really nothing to complain. Next time I'll stay at the Sheraton Saigon again.”

“This hotel is a must to try, Great location and fantastic service. I love the Club on the top floor of the hotel with it's fantastic view of the city. It is also, a bar and a a place to relax if you wanted a quieter evening. The breakfast in Sheraton is lovely and wonderfully selected for individual taste. The manager very friendly and helpful. Near and around the hotel are some great reasonablt priced restaurants. They also, prepare you a big boxes of takeaway breakfast if your flight is very early in the morning and quite likely you are not going to make it to the breakfast buffet. I love the place,the service and the staff! I will deffinitely stay in Sheraton Ho Chi Minh again.”

“We upgardede to a one bedroom suite in the Grand Tower - highly recommended, and good value considering the amenities of the Grand Tower Lounge. Our 21st floor suite had it all, and a spectacular view. The staff were amazing, friendly, responsive, and made everything a pleasure. The Grand Tower Lounge is a "hotel within a hotel" - you can check in adn out, away from the bustle of the main lobby, complimentary breakfast (excellent), complimentary tea time, complimentary happy hours (three hours of complimnenary top-shelf cocktails/wine plus cooked to order appetizers like minute steak on bok choy with hollandaise). You can't go wrong at this centrally located luxury hotel.”

“Arrived during TET 2008 and even though the hotel was full it never felt busy. The Sheraton is very central an excellent location and rooms are very nice. Will stay here again when we come back”

“We liked this hotel a lot more than we did HCMC, which suffered in comparison to Laos (Luang Prabang) and Cambodia (Siem Reap). We booked a Tower Studio through a Vietnamese travel agent ($385 a night for 3, incl. club lounge access and taxes) for $75 less than their Web site quoted, and couldn't have been happier. The room itself, capacious and beautifully (tastefully) furnished with an absolutely knockout marble, twin sink bathroom, couldn't be faulted. I cannot understand how this hotel is only the 6th choice of your reviewers, although of course we only stayed at the Sheraton. I do know from checking rates prior to making our booking that the nearby Park Hyatt is considerably more expensive. Frankly, I cannot envision a lovlier room than what we had at the Sheraton. Also the breakfast (we did not have it in the club lounge) offered what was arguably the best buffet I've ever eaten. Superb! Mind you, like a previous reviewer stated, the construction noise around the otherwise lovely pool (blessedly we could not hear it from our distant bedroom) was a problem during the last day of our stay, but not the the first three. Overall, I'd rate this hotel an excellent value and great choice if you're going to HCMC. But if I had known then (at the time we put this excursion together) what I know now, I would have tarried longer in Luang Prabang and only transited HCMC en route to, say, Hoi An or Hue.”
