..."After booking at the different venue and spend night there, friend introduce me to this great place. From the moment I walked in girls were extremely helpful, took time to show me four rooms which were available. I decided to stay in VIP room which was spacious and had separate sitting area with nice comfortable sofa and coffee table, perfect to entertain friends. Room was situated on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of Saigon. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom spacious with jacuzzi (spa). I spend six days there, location was perfect, just next door to Bahn Than Market. Staff has been extremely courteous, friendly and always with a smile. My laptop had a problem to connect to the internet, two IT guys were going out of their way to fix it. They did it in a matter of minutes - BIG THANK YOU !! Breakfast on the top floor with big variety, maybe not the best for westener but lack of western food was compensated with excellent coffee and waiting staff which practically bent over backwards to help !! At the check out I mentioned I liked their promotion calendar and was given one free of charge by the staff. In summation, perfect stay in this beautiful City. Will definately come back !! To all the staff THANK YOU !!"

"This is a very good mid range hotel in the city near Ben Than Market restaurants and tour operators which are all walking distance away. The reception/lobby does not smell of smoke and has a very grand decor of French furnitures and marble or granite floors. The lady manager is very nice and service is very good. However, if you want a non smoking room you will need to specify clearly as smoking is allowed everywhere and the norm in Vietnam. The sister hotel of the same name is also good but not as good as Tan Hai Long 1. The restaurant food is about average but the view of the city is the best both day and night time."

"We stayed at this hotel twice. The first 3 days we were on the first floor with great views of the park. The room is very big and we had 2 good size beds. Only thing was the shower. It was a hand held one and there was no where to hang it on the wall. The toilet run and even tho we asked for this to be fixed it never was.

The next 6 nights we were put in a room on the 5th floor. This room was smaller but at least the shower head was on the wall. Bathroom was smaller as well but it walked well. Again we had great Views of the park. The only thing is They need double windows to help block out the bike and car horns. And the lady doing excerises in the park at 5AM.

The breakfast wasn't the best either. But this hotel is right next to the markets so is a wonderful position."
