"I stayed here with my family in November, 27th-29th for two nights. We paid US$80 for a large room with two double beds, a lounge area (two couches), bathroom and TV. Considering the AUS dollar was not so high at this time, it was quite expensive!!
Advantages: Close to markets and easily accessible to other areas in the city because there are taxis everywhere. The place has free internet (3 computers) which comes in handy! The only thing was, we were on the top floor and the lift does not reach the top floor. The staff were very helpful with our luggage.
Disadvantages: They did not make up our rooms, there were 4 people but they only gave us 2 towels, and we always had to ask for more toilet paper and towels. The bathroom had a strange odour which didn't make it very pleasant.
Service: The reception start were not very friendly (hardly smiled!) but they did give good advice. We were wanting to travel to Hanoi and Danang and they reminded us to check the weather.
Breakfast: Breakfast was included but only the food. You had to pay extra for drinks. It was quite simple - either eggs with toast or pho.
Overall, I thought it was a bit overpriced. I would rather stay a bit further out from the city (which is what we did later on) and pay for a cab into the city."
