"I stayed at Thien Xuan Hotel, le thanh ton street, dist 1 HCMC, last Feb 08. About 9 days. As long as you don't expect 4-5 stars services, this hotel is wonderful. Small, but clean and properly managed. Small dining room, mixed with 5 computers connected with internet at the corner, with one dish you can choose, no buffet. Very friendly staffs, with eagerness to help you. Well done for cleaning ladies at cleaning service, always clean up my mess every morning. One elevator only, you must willing to share with their push cart sometimes. Ben Thanh market just 100 steps accross the street, pick anything you want from foods and souvenirs. Pho 24 just a few steps, and Blue cafe at the corner of the streets where you can meet your guests if you have any. 300m away there is a good restaurant with english speaking servants called High Land cafe,.with nice western cuisines. Overall, i think, this hotel is a good value for your money."
