...“Never before have I encountered so many smiling people!!! The concierege and Duty Manager were so friendly and helpful, even going so far as to help my partner find somewhere to get packaging to send home gifts! The restaurant at the top was lovely, if a little quiet. The girl who made our salads for us at the table was so attentive and sweet. The only downside was that the spa is for men only ( bit disappointing for me!) and that the saunas are male and female seperated.... meant that my partner and I couldn't relax together :( So we opted for a massage instead, which was great and the girls were professional and friendly, but we didn't find out until after we'd had our massage that you cant charge back to your room..... so my parter had to run back upstairs for some cash! No big deal, but painful anyway! The tour company that was in the foyer was great! Their guides on the trips had very good english and were so helpful with answeing any questions we ignorant travellers had! All in all, we loved our stay!”

“A comfortable clean hotel with good sized rooms - nothing to distinguish it from any other chain of hotels. Ideal to use a base for a short stay in Ho Chi Minh City”

“Wasn't sure what to expect, but really loved this hotel. The airport pick-up was great, as was the shuttle bus that ran every half hour to District 1. Good opportunity to see more of HCMC. This hotel has great facilities for children, including a child's playroom, and a children's menu in the restaurant. We travelled with our daughter who is 16 months old and found the staff extremely helpful. The room was large and quite well appointed, we were also pleased at our decision to stay in one of the Executive rooms with access to the Executive lounge. This was great for free drinks and snacks and also for quick check-in, check-out. Pool was lovely, but quite cold (as were all the other pools in the 4 other hotels we stayed in in Vietnam - used to warm pools in Thailand). And it was a pity that the roof-top bar wasn't open until 5pm, although when swimming at about 1pm on the last day a staff member came to the poolside and offered us a drink saying that they were trialling opening the bar earlier. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and compared to the 4 other hotels we stayed in in Vietnam and 1 in KL, this was probably our best overall experience. The shopping centre and supermarket as part of the complex was also very, very useful. Would definately stay here again.”
